This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote SAP Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of incident management, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You'll play a crucial role in communication with stakeholders, monitoring incident queues, and improving management processes. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency while championing safety and integrity within the team. You will also facilitate post-incident reviews to implement corrective actions, ultimately enhancing the quality of service delivery.
Accountabilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for incident communication and provide timely updates to affected users and stakeholders.
* Monitor incident queues and coordinate efforts across the support team to ensure swift resolution.
* Triage and lead major incidents, ensuring timely resolution as per the agreed SLA.
* Facilitate post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
* Continuously evaluate and improve incident management processes and tools.
* Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations and procedures.
* Embody the core values of safety and integrity in all actions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum 8 years of experience managing SAP AMS portfolio.
* SAP Functional or ABAP experience is a must.
* Proven experience in Incident Management or IT service management (ITSM).
* Good understanding of SAP/ERP processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience with incident management tools (e.g., Service Now, Power BI).
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
