Responsibilities
Design and Deploy Infrastructure Analytics: Build sophisticated data models and automated pipelines that transform IT operational data into actionable infrastructure insights
Drive Infrastructure Innovation: Lead small-scale experiments using rapid experimentation environments to validate hypotheses and assess infrastructure optimization solutions
Enable Data-Driven Infrastructure Decisions: Support IT Infrastructure teams and stakeholders with advanced analytics, ensuring smooth integration from multiple infrastructure data sources
Optimize Infrastructure Performance: Create automated solutions to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency

Requirements
~5+ years in data science or analytics roles with demonstrated infrastructure or operational impact
~ Advanced Programming Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with production-ready code experience
~ Statistical Mastery: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling applied to infrastructure data
~ Infrastructure Data Engineering: Experience with API endpoints and IT Data governance frameworks
~ IT Operations Acumen: Proven ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and translate technical insights into infrastructure value
~ Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to present complex infrastructure findings to IT stakeholders and technical teams
