Sales Manager – Barcelona | High-Growth, Disruptive Tech Business
At SMARTCIC Global Services, we deliver integral connectivity and managed services to clients in over 200 countries. As we scale, we’re investing heavily in AI-driven tools and automation, building a more disruptive, agile approach to how services are delivered and experienced by our customers.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who wants to be part of that shift.
The Role
Based in Barcelona, you’ll work closely with the Sales Director to develop new business and grow key accounts. We also have an office Cannes, France and this role could sit in France as well.
You’ll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, supported by a disruptive, tech-enabled offering that sets us apart in a competitive market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business across wholesale and/or managed services
- Collaborating with the Sales Director on strategic opportunities
- Positioning a more disruptive, AI-enhanced solution set to clients
- Building strong relationships from prospecting through to closing
- Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving deals forward
- Working with internal teams to deliver tailored, modern solutions
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously
- Experience in sales or business development (telecoms, wholesale, or managed services preferred)
- Someone excited by disruptive technology and evolving service models
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Wholesale experience is a plus, but candidates from a managed services or tech solutions background are equally relevant.
