The project!
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team at the Hackett Showroom. The role involves showroom selling, collaborating closely with the team, and fostering a positive atmosphere for colleagues and clients.
What will the role entail?
* Create compelling stories of the collection to engage customers
* Conduct remote and digital sales to E-commerce customers
* Support the Wholesale Sales team throughout the sales process: from showroom campaigns to final shipment
* Monitor product and pricing competitiveness online and in stores
* Arrange product displays and demonstrate features
* Coordinate shipment of products to customers
* Analyze seasonal data: customer behavior, sales, and market research
* Prospect new customers
* Create sales support tools such as reports and product books
* Train staff with product presentations and sales arguments
* Perform sales analysis
* Communicate daily with departments like Customer Service and Credit Control for order follow-up

Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or related; a Master’s in Fashion is a plus
* Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1); additional languages are a plus
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
* Passion for retail and fashion
