As part of the Total Rewards Centre of Excellence, you’ll play a key role in influencing how we attract, retain, and reward top talent. This is a role for someone who thrives in building from the ground up and wants to make a genuine impact. What you’ll be doing: Leading the implementation of regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global frameworks Owning annual compensation cycles and overseeing regional benefits renewals Designing and executing EMEA-specific pay structures and incentive plans Analysing market trends and delivering data-driven insights Ensuring compliance with local regulations across multiple countries Acting as a senior point of contact for reward-related matters Managing external vendors, including benefits brokers and consultants Driving employee engagement through clear and effective reward communication What we’re looking for: Experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in an international context In-depth knowledge of EMEA market practices and compliance frameworks A degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus) Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills The ability to influence through data and clear communication Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced environment Why join us?
