To accelerate our business growth, we are looking for a Freelance Sales Manager who will help us bring new clients and build long-term partnerships — working fully remotely and earning commission-based income from each closed deal.

Language Requirements: Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients (IT companies, startups, and enterprises) across Europe, the USA, and LATAM.
Present our recruitment and outstaffing services, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring smooth handover to the delivery/recruitment team.
Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to align on client requirements and hiring priorities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new business acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within recruitment, IT services, or outsourcing industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage your own client pipeline.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, or other prospecting tools is a plus.

Compensation
Commission-Based Only — you will receive a percentage of each successfully closed deal (% of agency profit, depending on deal size). No fixed base salary — your income grows with your performance.
