Responsibilities
1. Provide frontline service to customers and route their calls to the appropriate department
2. Provide a friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries
3. Ensure agreed KPIs are met
4. Perform duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures
5. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products
Requirements
6. Native level of Italian
7. Ability to speak and write English fluently
8. Minimum of 2 years customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry
9. Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines
10. IT literate - Previous Salesforce knowledge an advantage
11. Excellent time management & telephone etiquette
12. Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
13. Proactive, can work with minimal supervision
