As adoption accelerates, we are expanding our team to continue driving growth across Spain. /ppbr/ppstrongRole Overview /strong /ppbr/ppThis is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for building and executing the national sales strategy for robotic systems. The National Sales Manager will lead and mentor a high performing team, open new accounts, negotiate commercial frameworks and drive expansion across multiple regions. /ppbr/ppThe role requires someone with strong commercial judgement, sales leadership experience and the ability to influence hospital stakeholders at board and C-suite level. You will be the driving force in national adoption, steering positioning, pricing, deals, team performance and long term market penetration. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pp• Lead sales strategy and execution across the Spanish market for robotic surgery solutions /pp • Manage, coach and develop regional robotic sales and clinical specialists /pp • Own national revenue targets, forecasting, territory planning and quarterly sales performance /pp • Build and maintain relationships with hospital boards, medical directors, procurement leaders and clinical decision makers /pp • Oversee negotiations for national framework agreements, volume pricing and commercial proposals /pp • Support key demos, tenders, evaluations and technology adoption pathways /pp • Identify new business opportunities and scale presence across Spain /pp • Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams to build go-to-market plans /pp • Track performance metrics, sales KPIs and pipeline reporting to senior leadership /pp • Represent at congresses, demos, product launches and clinical events /pp • Work cross functionally to develop tailored value propositions based on client needs /ppbr/ppstrongIdeal Experience /strong /pp• At least 5 to 8 years experience in medical device or hospital capital equipment sales /pp • Previous success managing a sales team on a national or multi-region basis /pp • Experience working with hospitals, procurement and clinical stakeholders /pp • Background in surgical robotics, minimally invasive surgery, urology or ultrasound /pp • Comfortable discussing technical clinical solutions and workflows /pp • Strong financial negotiation ability for high value capital deals /pp • Excellent communicator with confidence presenting at senior level /pp • Fluent Spanish and strong level of English /pp • Willing to travel nationally to customer sites and internal meetings /ppbr/ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pp• Opportunity to lead national scaling of cutting-edge robotic technology /pp • Strategic role with high visibility and direct influence on company growth /pp • Attractive compensation with performance based incentives /pp • Continuous professional development and career progression /p
