Job Description
We're looking for a SALES MANAGER to join our sales team in Granada, Spain. We're the world leader in Resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (R-PNT) solutions that improve the reliability, performance and safety of critical applications and high‑risk operations, even in GPS/GNSS denied environments.

What you will do as a Sales Manager: You will have responsibility for the Aerospace, Defense and Government (ADG) sales activity in the assigned Spain region for the full Safran Electronics & Defense Resilient Positioning, Navigation, and Timing, Inertial products, and Simulation portfolio. As a key member of our Sales team, you will assist in the creation and implementation of tactical plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, increase market penetration by understanding the competitive landscape, and work with and support the distribution scheme for the territory (direct, indirect, channel, etc.) to ensure high‑quality customer relationships are developed and maintained.

What Success Looks Like
* Exceed annual order plan for assigned territory
* Execute on plans to increase orders in territory aligned with company strategy
* Consistent collaboration with Regional Director and Program Managers on program sales
* Utilize partners to optimize the channel, including joint account calls and sales support
* Understand technology trends, relative business impacts and opportunities
* Comprehend assigned market dynamics and competitive landscape
* Identify ripe target markets/applications and support creation and execution of plans to penetrate market
* Develop and enhance customer relationships so Safran Electronics & Defense is viewed as a partner to our customers
* Strong key account management; build on existing relationships with major customers and establish new relationships with other key customers
* Ensure timely and accurate response to customer inquiries, leads and sales opportunities

Requirements
* Background in a technical education or engineering discipline
* 10+ years of technical sales experience with relevant electronic products, ideally in defense
* Experience with Position, Navigation, Timing and/or Simulation products
* Extensive experience working with a field sales channel, both direct and through reps or distributors
