We are looking for a Marketing Delivery Lead.
Objective of the role/services: to support the bp Fuel Retail team in Europe and across markets to drive effective category management activities, supplier engagement, and customer loyalty through data, insights, and advanced analytics.
Key activities include:
* Serves as a single point of contact for all Convenience and Price/Promo related topics – bp & Accenture
* Streamlines and orchestrates delivery across all core areas based on the scope, requirements, and priorities
* Manages Data, Insights, and Analytics platform – Power BI Dashboards – access, refresh, improvements, training
* Prepares performance reports and insights across countries and locally
* Provides ad hoc insights, data, and analytics support upon request at European and local levels
* Supports and consults with the Data Monetization Lead to provide relevant support to bp and its suppliers
* Supports & manages the Retail Pricing optimization toolkit (annual service, enhancements until 2025)
* Supports & manages the Retail Promotions toolkit (new opportunity)
* Coordinates and supports offshore/near-shore teams (5 FTEs in India, 1 FTE DM Lead, 1 FTE Insights India) and works closely with the Pricing team (2 FTEs)
* Coordinates with other project teams such as Data, Loyalty, Governance, Segmentation, etc.
* Engages with bp stakeholders at European and local levels to present, deliver, and clarify solutions
* Manages project estimates and commercials across streams
* Identifies and drives new opportunities and developments, e.g., Promotional optimization
Skills/Relevant experience:
* At least 5 years of industry experience in retail, fuel retail, or consumer goods sector
* Experience in category management and retail analytics (e.g., segmentation, measurement, pricing, promotions, assortment management) is a plus
* Data analysis and interpretation skills; ability to translate technical insights into commercial language and vice versa
* Strong project management and planning skills
* Experience in team management and scope/deliverables management
* Excellent client relationship and engagement skills
* Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Power BI dashboards, data visualization, and analysis
* Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
