Apprentice – Clinical Applications Specialist – Cardiac Care, PCS

As a Clinical Applications Specialist you will provide expert clinical support throughout the sales process for the Cardiac Care PCS product portfolio across Iberia. This includes conducting product demonstrations and application trainings, assisting with tender documentation, translating technical and clinical materials, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use; monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention through continuing education.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and promotion as well as customer training.
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
- Produce well‑written post‑training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
- Prepare public tender documentation.
- Translate technical and clinical materials.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Spain‑based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and must not have had this type of contract previously.
- Contract length up to 12 months.
- Fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Driving licence.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related business or technical/clinical field.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate in simple messages.
- Solid presentation and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region and nationwide sales meetings and trade shows.
- Team‑oriented with a customer‑satisfaction mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments.
