Location: Malaga or full remote Spain
Position: Senior Business Developer - German Market
Experience: 4 years of experience in the design and implementation of business development strategies for digital solutions and services
Salary: 70K base + commissions
My client, a consulting firm known for combining technology, sustainability, and strategic expertise to support major clients across industries on complex transformation, development, and digitalisation projects is looking for a HEAD OF DIGITAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT who will focus on the German market, with potential expansion to the UK and UAE.
Strategic thinking meets operational action here: from market development and campaign development to optimising the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing digital business development strategies as an integral part of the overall sales strategy
- Identifying and analysing international target markets and customers in close coordination with the integral business development organisation
- Strategically developing the portfolio of digital services in collaboration with the Digital Services unit
- Designing, implementing and analysing effective sales campaigns in close cooperation with the operational business
- KPI‑based monitoring and continuous optimisation of digital sales processes and structures to increase performance
- Designing compelling customer journeys and systematically increasing customer value through targeted conversion optimisation
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding an international partner network in the area of digital sales to promote strategic collaborations
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in computer science / business informatics / business administration or comparable training
- Several years of experience in the design and implementation of business development strategies for digital solutions and services
- In‑depth experience in portfolio management and supporting international target markets and customers in the B2B sector
- Strategic and solution‑oriented thinking with a high level of implementation competence
- Independent team player with entrepreneurial drive and creative flair
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence in dealing with stakeholders
- High digital affinity paired with business sense and enthusiasm
- Fluent German and English skills
