Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
* Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
* Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
* Computer skills including software's and tools
* Good analytical and organizational skills
* Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
