Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients.
Understanding the needs and requirements of clients.
Trying to build long-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment.
Ensuring that a company does not lose clients to competitors.
Proposing solutions to a client's problems and implementing them within reasonable timelines.
Ensuring the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Acting as a channel of communication between clients and the employees of an organization.
Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
Identifying high-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them.
Researching market trends and generating more sales.
Preparing and presenting regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with various internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support
Developing long-term strategies for client retention and making plans to implement them.
Managing a specific product line, he/she must guarantee the leadership of products over the competitors in terms of functionalities, user experience and positioning strategies, performing the duties below:
Analyze Market and competition
Define the product strategy in terms of enhancements and evolutions
Monitor the product roadmap and delivery
Realize a go-to-market plan
Set up a formal training and hand over to all departments once the product/solution is ready for service
Support Sales channels in positioning products to the market
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, or a degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar.
Fluent Spanish and English; Italian welcomed
