Job Description:
For the Iter Project, we are looking for a HSE Coordinator/Representative responsible for implementing the HSE system on the construction sites under their supervision.
Responsibilities
* HSE reporting to the Iter HSE Coordinator
* Ensure HSE presence on site and raise awareness among teams about best practices
* Implement the HSE system on the ITER site
* Ensure tasks are covered by the company's PPSPS and carried out according to planned methods
* Identify operational risks and propose corrective and preventive measures
* Participate in drafting PPSPS addenda (HSE procedures)
* Conduct safety talks and awareness sessions with site teams
* Train new arrivals during site induction
* Participate in the implementation of safety campaigns (noise, lifting rules, signage, etc.) and monitor their application
* Ensure regulatory checks are performed and documented
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in HSE with field experience or Master’s degree in HSE
* Good level of Spanish - understanding and speaking (courses provided)
* Knowledge of lifting operations is a plus
* Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, team-oriented, proactive, assertive, autonomous, rigorous, organized
* Valid B driving license and own vehicle
