Store Manager Victoria's Secret CC LA VAGUADA
A fantastic opportunity to join a strong and successful business with ambitious yet realistic growth plans. This position is responsible for achieving the sales and profit targets. You manage and coordinate the daily operations and sales staff, reporting the results of your work to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will work continuously on improving the service quality in the store and ensure that a store ambience is achieved in line with the corporate identity.
Key responsibilities
Customer satisfaction
* Consistently shows a genuine desire to help customers
* Establishes and promotes customer loyalty using company tools such as mailing list cards and customer books
* Provides support to the Sales associates with all service and sales matters
* Ensures regular feedback is given to the District Manager about sales opportunities based on customer comments
Product knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of the trends and fabrics (composition, terminology, garment care, styles etc.)
* Is commercial and aware of product performance, deliveries and stock
* Maximizes the potential of product to create sales and gives regular feedback to the District Manager
Drive sales
* Actively uses commercial reports available to drive sales through VM, coaching the team and stock requests
* Coaches the team with Sales techniques to ensure every client is given the best service to drive sales
* Is aware of the best and slow sellers to improve general sales
Maintains safety, security and integrity
* Daily checklist is actioned to ensure all back of house areas are safe
* Takes action if other associates are acting in an unsafe manner
* Follow all procedures for loss prevention
* Take action to reduce shrink
* Treat all associates and customers with respect
Your Profile
* 2 years experience in a Retail luxury brand
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
* Fluent English and Spanish
* Team management experience
* Leads by example
* Good communication and social skills
* Flexible attitude and a hands‑on approach
* Driven and performance‑oriented
