The core idea is simple: get the right care, at the right time, from anywhere.The role will be responsible for managing and monitoring Office Management operations, providing support across all areas of the company to ensure the overall smooth functioning of the office, in line with stakeholder needs and the organization’s established standards.Responsibilities:Answering and managing incoming callsManaging access control and external visitorsCoordinating the internal preparation of shipmentsRegistering, tracking, and monitoring shipments in collaboration with courier platformsRequesting, monitoring, and managing third-party pickupsManaging office supplies inventoryVendor management (maintenance, office supplies, cleaning services, etc.)Handling complaints and incidentsCoordinating meeting room booking calendarsPreparing materials for training sessions and external meetingsOrganizing corporate catering for meetings and celebrationsSupporting general servicesRequesting, managing, and tracking business travel for executives, department heads, general services, and external xsgfvud staffSupport the creation and formatting of internal and external documents, presentations, and materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual qualityCollaborate with relevant teams to maintain updated and visually appealing front-desk and office communications (signage, announcements, newsletters, etc.)Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Event Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, etc.)Required: Advanced and/or native-level proficiency in Spanish and English
