NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (GERMAN SPEAKING)

THE OPPORTUNITY
The employer is a general B2B technology company delivering mission‑critical software solutions used by leading organizations worldwide. Their platform supports complex enterprise environments across both cloud‑based and self‑hosted deployments, enabling customers to operate more efficiently, securely, and at scale. We are seeking an experienced New Business Account Executive to focus on new logo acquisition across the DACH region. This is a high‑impact, individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial engagement through deal close. You will work with mid‑market and enterprise customers across multiple industries. This position requires strong experience in enterprise SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, and complex deal execution. You will engage senior business and technical stakeholders, uncover operational challenges, and position a sophisticated software platform through consultative, value‑driven sales conversations. The role is well suited for a sales hunter who thrives in multi‑stakeholder environments and enjoys building pipeline through both outbound and inbound motions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned DACH territories
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound qualified leads
* Partner closely with sales development teams to drive consistent pipeline creation
* Lead structured evaluations, trials, or pilot processes from qualification through contract signature
* Present clear and compelling business cases for a complex enterprise software platform
* Develop internal champions and executive alignment within prospect organizations
* Own pipeline forecasting, deal management, and revenue reporting
* Collaborate with internal teams including legal, finance, technical specialists, and marketing to progress deals
* Maintain accurate CRM records and leverage sales intelligence tools to support deal execution
REQUIREMENTS
* 8+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions
* Proven track record in new logo acquisition, outbound prospecting, and complex deal execution
* Experience managing structured evaluations or pilot processes as part of the sales cycle
* Demonstrated quota‑carrying success in mid‑market and enterprise sales environments
* Comfortable selling to both technical and business stakeholder groups
* Native German speaker with professional‑level English
* Highly organized, commercially sharp, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
