Hybrid Full Time in Europe, Spain, Basque Country. The position will focus on target market exploration to identify new prospects and business opportunities in the sanitary/interior design and architecture industry.
Responsibilities
* Explore new channel opportunities and seek new ways to promote innovative products.
* Generate new business opportunities in all existing channels with a creative approach.
* Study and identify unconventional ways to promote the current portfolio.
* Supervise all players within the area of competence.
* Promote growth in the area through solutions in cooperation with sales agents, agencies and ASMs.
* Manage internal CRM and prepare appropriate reports for the assigned area/zone.
Essential Skills / Competencies
* University studies in architecture, interior design or engineering.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions.
* Strong English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Collaborative and results‑oriented approach.
* Forward‑thinking and strong strategic planning skills.
* Experience in identifying and implementing improvements to workflow and operational efficiency.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and the Google package.
* Knowledge of investors, residential developers and hospitality businesses (hotel chains) in Spain.
* Knowledge of Salesforce (nice to have).
