Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in La Cala de Mijas. This role is pivotal in connecting potential clients with our Wealth Managers, ensuring a seamless introduction to our services. The ideal candidate is driven, maintains a positive demeanor, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
* Proactively contact potential clients to schedule appointments with Wealth Managers.
* Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Follow up on leads and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
* Provide feedback to the team on client interactions to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications :
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
