What You Will Do
* Drive growth of distributors, installers, and key accounts across Iberia.
* Develop and execute business growth plans and market strategies.
* Coordinate customer trainings, marketing programs, and product introductions (NPI).
* Conduct customer visits and report all activities in Caesar CRM.
* Monitor market trends and take proactive actions to stay ahead.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in distribution channel management
* Skills: Build trustful relationships, negotiate effectively, collaborate in cross-functional teams.
* Technical Knowledge: Gas control distribution networks and devices.
* Language: Local language + fluent in English.
* Mobility: Frequent travel; valid driving license.
* Soft Skills: Communication, time management, network building, empathy, critical thinking, proactivity, self-awareness.
* Experience in Industrial or High Purity Gas Control & Installation markets, with proven target achievements.
* University degree
