HRBP
to support the production plant in the surrounding area of Logroño.
Acting as the main HR point of contact, you will work closely with managers and employees to align people strategy with business objectives. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on HR management to ensure a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and compliance with labor regulations

Reporting to the HR Region Manager, your main tasks will be based on these following pillars:
* Strategic Partner to Managers:
Serve as the
primary HR contact for the production site,
advise and coach managers on leadership, team management, conflict resolution, discipline, and labor relations, translate business strategy into HR initiatives aligned with company goals, actively participate in employee representative committees (Works Council, Health & Safety Committee).
* Talent Development & Performance Management:
contribute to people reviews and succession planning processes, support managers in performance management, including evaluations and development plans, identify and develop high-potential employees and career paths, design and implement workforce rotation plans and absenteeism reduction strategies, partner with Learning & Development to create training plans aligned with business needs nad manage compensation and benefits programs
* HR Operations:
manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and employee administration, including onboarding, payroll, and record maintenance, and analyze key HR metrics, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate the annual HR budget with the finance team
* Employee Relations & Compliance:
handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and data protection regulations as the local DPO, and coordinate with legal advisors and support internal and external HR and compliance audits.
* Employee Engagement & Internal Communication:
design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience, including organizing internal events and activities.

The final candidate will fit with:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience: Proven experience (more than 5 years) in HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and convince key stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data to drive decision-making.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
* Heavy user of Excel is very valuable.
* HR and KPI's metrics tools is very valuable
* Soft skills: Strategic vision - Planning / Organisation - Teamwork - Leadership- Communication Skills
