: Organize and coordinate the production schedules of OEM manufacturers to guarantee that products are delivered on time, with high quality and in the required quantities.Cost and Risk Management
: Conduct cost accounting and analysis for the OEM business, devise cost - control strategies, and reduce production and operating costs through supply chain optimization, purchase price negotiation, and other means.Team Management and Cross - functional Collaboration
: Build and manage the OEM business team. Recruit, train, evaluate performance, and motivate team members to enhance the overall quality and business capabilities of the team.QualificationsA full - time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in ICT - related fields such as electronic engineering, communication engineering, computer science.Over 8 years of working experience in the ICT industry, including more than 5 years of experience in OEM business management. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in well - known ICT companies or large OEM manufacturers in Taiwan.Preference will be given to candidates with a U.S. green card.
