As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth in the Italian market.

Your Mission
Generate qualified sales opportunities and product demonstrations with automotive dealerships across Italy.
This role is primarily focused on outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic account targeting.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage automotive dealerships and dealer groups across Italy.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Generate qualified meetings and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and qualify business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into customers.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within the CRM.
• Develop knowledge of the Italian automotive retail market.
• Contribute to Dealcar's market expansion strategy.
Requirements
Required
• Professional fluency in Italian.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish or English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting outbound prospecting activities on a daily basis.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
• Previous experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience working in SaaS, software, or technology companies.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
