Key Responsibilities
* Quality Strategy: Establish the QA roadmap, balancing manual precision with automated efficiency.
* Conversion Guardrails: Oversee rigorous testing of the checkout funnel, payment gateways, and third-party integrations (ERP/CRM).
* Automation Leadership: Lead the shift toward CI/CD by expanding automated regression suites for web and mobile.
* Release Management: Act as the final "Go/No-Go" authority for site deployments and feature launches.
* Peak Performance: Manage load and stress testing to ensure stability during high‑traffic events like Black Friday.
Required Skills
* Experience: 9+ years in QA, with 5+ years leading teams in an eCommerce environment.
* Tech Stack: Proficiency with platforms (SFCC) and automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright).
* API Testing: Strong ability to validate complex integrations using Postman or similar tools.
* Analytical Mindset: Expert at using JIRA for defect tracking and monitoring site health.
* AI implementation leader
* English and Spanish are mandatory.
Success Metrics
* Defect Leakage: Reducing the number of bugs found by customers in production.
* Automation Coverage: Increasing the percentage of automated test cases.
* Checkout Uptime: Maintaining 100% functionality of the payment funnel.
