Our client is a medium-sized organization in the industrial sector.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
· Lead and coordinate international finance teams across five countries.
· Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Manage integral financial consolidation, integrating results from all international entities.
· Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
· Ensure consistent accounting practices, internal controls, and process standardization globally.
· Supervise cash flow, treasury operations, and financial performance tracking.
· Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and monitor compliance across international operations. Partner with business leaders to support growth, profitability, and operational decision-making
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
- Experience: In reporting and multi-entity consolidation is essential. Previous responsibility for international or multi-country finance teams. Big 4 experience preferred (audit, advisory, or transactions).
- Software: Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge.
- Languages: Spanish (native) and English (C1/C2).
