As a Senior Finance Analyst in Madrid, youll be an integral part of the team working on driving financial visibility and insights on Iberia customer P&L and Support Sales team to improve customer profitability and to ensure accuracy of our actuals & forecast numbers.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING
7. Support the Finance Director, Finance Manager, and Sales team to deliver against the short- and medium-term financial goals by providing financial visibility, insights and guidance
8. Lead the month-end and year-end process for Iberia, ensuring SOX404 compliance for trade accounts and being responsible for the relation with internal and external auditors
9. Interact with the Iberia Sales teams to ensure precise reflection of customer conditions in our trade system (K-TIE) and perform spot checks to ensure correct invoicing to customers
10. Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of the financial forecast (until GP) for Iberia at customer level, understand and be able to explain the drivers of change vs previous years and vs target. Continuously improve the accuracy of our monthly financial forecasts
11. Support Sales with the preparation of the internal monthly customer meetings by issuing reports and providing insights on financial performance
12. Be active member of Continental Europe Finance Analyst team, sharing Iberia best practices and learning from peers

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
14. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
15. 5+ years post-graduate work experience with month-end closing and controlling
16. Strong communication skills to finance and non-finance counterparts.
17. Ready to collaborate in a multifunctional and international team environment
18. Be able to work independently and proactively, accurately but also result-oriented. Be open to learn
19. Working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley S404
20. Professional experience / advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
21. Fluent in local language (Spanish) and English
22. International mobility is preferred
