We are looking for an Account Manager Tarragona / Lleida.

You will lead sales activities in your customer area to develop profit and sales volumes, creating loyalty to the brand and the company.
You will contribute significantly in the following areas:
* Achieve sales budgets to meet company targets.
* Develop knowledge of customer opinions, opinion leaders, and competitors in your area to promote Wound MHC products and establish MHC as a market leader.
* Identify business opportunities across all market segments, including Acute Care.
* Establish connections between Acute and Home Care to create protocols and increase sales across the territory.
* Support Clinical and Marketing departments by influencing the creation of technical specifications for our Safetac technology in regional and local tenders.
* Identify key decision-makers in regional tenders, such as Key Opinion Leaders, Technical Commission Advisors, Regional Purchase Department members, and Users, to generate positive decisions for Wound MHC products.
* Follow up closely on regional tenders throughout the process.
* Ensure procedures related to the Integrated Management System are followed in your area.
* Identify the best business opportunities in each tender.
* Communicate our product offerings through various tools like visits, group meetings, and presentations.
* Promote wound products within hospitals to nurses, doctors, surgeons, and purchase departments.
* Create and maintain a high-quality database of Wound Contact Persons.
* Segment and target customers biannually.
* Provide market insight for your sales area.
What you will need:
* Sales skills with 2-3 years of sales experience.
* Product and competitor knowledge (as per the Introduction training program).
* Good education, negotiation, and planning skills, providing a solid foundation for a technical sales approach.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
