Responsibilities
* Develop sales of PCC Exol products in Spain.
* Participate in building business development strategies.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Initiate new product development based on client needs.
* Manage sales channels and explore new market opportunities.
* Implement sales and development strategies for the Spanish market.
* Manage commercial policies and make market-driven decisions to maximize sales.
* Visit clients regularly, attend trade fairs, and develop market intelligence.
* Prepare sales forecasts, analyses, and action plans.
* Negotiate sales terms and contracts, and acquire new clients.
* Collaborate with R&D to develop new products.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the surfactants market in Iberia.
* Chemical engineering background.
* Excellent command of English and Spanish.
* Deep understanding of the chemical market.
* Ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience negotiating with senior management in international sales.
* Customer-oriented with flexibility to meet customer needs.
* Willingness to travel and work in international environments.
* Experience working within an international group.
