We need you to help deliver scalable, secure and business-focused Workday solutions. We are looking for an individual passionate about HR technology, business analysis and solution design, who can translate business needs into practical system improvements and work closely with both HR and IT stakeholders. About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and structured Solution Analyst III to support solutions across our HR application landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and Solution Architects to analyze needs, design scalable solutions, support delivery, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications. Exposure to legal and sustainability-related processes may also be part. Responsibilities
Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements. Support the design of scalable Workday‑related solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects. Create process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and test plans. Support end‑to‑end delivery of changes across the HR application landscape. Coordinate testing and support release activities for new functionalities and improvements. Act as a key link between HR stakeholders and IT, translating technical topics into clear business value. Support lifecycle management, governance, compliance and continuous improvement of HR solutions. Contribute to HR/payroll transformation initiatives and related projects. Qualifications
Demonstrable Workday experience across one or more HR modules, such as HCM Core or Security. Good understanding of HR processes and governance. Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria and testing coordination. Experience working in a product or project environment with both business and IT stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English. A structured, proactive and autonomous working style. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and challenge diplomatically when needed. A versátil and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and continuously develop new expertise. Exposure or willingness to learn about Legal or Sustainability‑related applications, processes or reporting. Nice to Have
Familiarity with Workday integrations, calculated fields or security configuration and/or release and testing cycles in enterprise environments. Employee Type
