Summer Internship Opportunities

Investment Underwriting : Assist in the financial modelling and analysis of potential real estate acquisitions across multiple property types and geographies in Europe. Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow models, sensitivity analyses, and return projections to evaluate investment opportunities against established return thresholds and risk parameters.
Presentations & Proposals : Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.
Asset Management : Assist the team with portfolio asset management tasks such as capex initiatives, reporting/presentations to clients, and assess leasing proposals.

What We’re Looking For
Academic Excellence : On track for at least 7.0 – 8.9: Notable (Very Good) at higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
Investment Management Knowledge & Interest : Academic background or demonstrated interest in Finance or Real Estate. Relevant coursework, active participation in investment clubs, managing a virtual portfolio, following market commentary, and reading financial news.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, financial modelling, and data analysis. Familiarity with financial statements and real‑estate metrics such as cap rates, IRR, NOI, and cash‑on‑cash returns. Experience with Argus Enterprise, CoStar, REIS, or other real‑estate software is a plus.
Analytical Capabilities : Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to synthesize complex information, identify key drivers of investment performance, and communicate findings clearly and concisely through written reports and presentations.
Communication Skills : Fluent in English and Spanish and preferably a third language. Comfortable preparing client‑ready emails, delivering presentations, and writing reports that inform decision‑making.
Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively in team settings by actively listening, contributing constructively to group discussions, and adapting working style to help deliver team goals.
Critical Thinking : Ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose solutions that balance competing priorities.
Microsoft Office Proficiency : Strong competency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel. Experience creating financial models, using pivot tables, INDEXMATCH, data visualization, building scripts, and automating tasks.
Initiative and Ownership : Track record of taking ownership of projects without constant supervision, proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions, and maintaining regular communication as appropriate.
Eligibility & Application Requirements
Students must be in their penultimate year and graduating in 2026 or 2027.

Internship dates: May/June to July/August, depending on university course end dates and team annual leave during summer.
