Lead the Revenue Cloud Workstream
as part of the Salesforce Global Instance implementation, ensuring consistent delivery across regions.Act as the
primary liaison between business teams and IT, translating operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions within Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and related modules.Drive process definition and system configuration across key revenue operations areas such as quoting, pricing, contracts, billing, and order management.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design, validate, and deploy new CRM capabilities tied to revenue workflows.Partner with the Global Salesforce CoE to ensure all design and delivery aligns with global standards and Salesforce best practices.Support change management activities, including process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and end-user training.Monitor solution adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement post go-live.Collaborate closely with peers in the CRM team, such as the Salesforce Demand Manager and Solution Architect, to ensure seamless delivery across streams.
