Your Role
As a product development specialist, you design and optimize new and existing product formulations, coordinating with external partners and experts while leading feasibility efforts. You research market trends, engage with key stakeholders and suppliers, and identify opportunities through industry events and insights. You also provide technical and scientific support across departments, preparing documentation, supporting product launches, training teams, and contributing to R&D; and regulatory activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulation: develop the theoretical composition of new products or reformulate existing products; supervise and coordinate galenic development with external suppliers; analyze compositions to optimize formulas; liaise with experts who support formulation; coordinate the feasibility team.
- Trend Research: explore the market for new products (e.g., surveys with doctors); attend trade fairs to identify trends and distribution opportunities; liaise with Key Opinion Leaders; maintain contact with key raw material suppliers.
- Technical Support: gather technical information for product launches; research literature related to new product launches; prepare comprehensive technical dossiers; drive contracts with external suppliers; analyze special raw materials.
- Expert Support to Other Departments: provide scientific support to Medical Marketing, Public Relations, and Marketing; conduct R&D; or post‑R&D; studies; deliver presentations at sales conventions; train marketing teams on technical topics; support Regulatory Affairs.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Biosciences
- Master's degree in Nutrition
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing or PhD
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
