Our client is creating a technological hub that will serve the entire group globally. This hub is located in Sant Cugat del Vallés.
We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join their team. The Functional Consultant Service supports implementation of on time and high-quality demands for global capabilities,producing appropriate training materials and communication impact for those demands, enabling implementation in impacted markets.
What would your duties be?
* Assessing, prioritizing, testing, and communicating demand requests for global capabilities.
* Actively and accurately perform UATs during demand releases.
* Be active part of the Scrum team and join the Sprint planning sessions, as well as liaise with developers to clarify any uncertainties.
* Enforce adherence to processes through training materials development and consistent communication.
* Evaluate and assess platform releases and assess impact on existing configuration.
* Coordinate with other support services to ensure efficient service delivery.
Which are the requirements for this position?
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economy, or sciences
* Work experience in demand management and/or project management
* Good knowledge of IT Tools as (Veeva Vault) and in data management application tools, as well as high skills in MS office
* Experience in Agile methodology, Demand Management in JIRA preferred
* Strong collaboration, communication and mediation skills.
* Extensive experience using subject matter expertise to provide guidance, share knowledge, and define processes
* Experience liaising between marketing, operational, and technical users - ability to translate and communicate concepts across business and technical stakeholders, different personalities, and profiles
* Solutions-oriented and dynamic mindset
* Fluency in oral and written English
