Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Technical Leader on site in Valdepeñas, you will lead technical operations for a key project within a multinational engineering group. You’ll supervise staff, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve efficiency. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and other departments to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
