You'll drive innovative social media strategies, create compelling content, and foster authentic connections that enhance our brand and enrich the travel experience. /ppbr/ppMain responsibilities: /pulliOversee the daily operational management of Heymondo’s social media channels (Instagram, Threads, TikTok and Facebook) in Spain, including responding to comments, addressing queries, interacting with the community and publishing engaging content. /liliDevelop and execute a comprehensive content strategy in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, ensuring creative and transversal content is produced for use across various business units. /liliMonitor social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure Heymondo remains at the forefront of digital engagement in Spain. /liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies. /liliAnalyse social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimize content and engagement strategies. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbKey activities / responsibilities to perform: /b /ppbr/ppCommunity Engagement Social Media Operations /pulliOversee Heymondo’s social media presence in Spain by engaging with the community and managing day-to-day interactions. /liliEnsure timely responses to comments and questions across our social media channels. /liliStay updated on trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok to keep our content engaging and relevant. /li /ulpContent Creation Calendarisation /pulliDevelop and produce trend-driven content (videos, IG Stories, carousels) that aligns with platform algorithms and is optimized based on KPI analysis. /liliPlan and schedule content that will be used by the entire marketing team across various business units. /liliAssist in refining content strategies based on performance analysis. /li /ulpPerformance Monitoring Reporting /pulliTrack and report on key performance metrics, including analysis of TikTok paid campaigns, to ensure continuous improvement of our social media strategy. /liliIdentify opportunities for optimisation and suggest improvements to increase engagement. /liliBenchmark the competition on social media to analyse their strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /pulliProven experience in social media management or community engagement (2-3 years). /liliBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Communications or related field. /liliNative like level of Spanish.
