JOB DESCRIPTION
The jobholder will take the role of Industrial Systems Suppliers focused on aiding ME MFT Representatives and Operational Teams.
The Jobholder will be acting as support for OM organization focal point in the MFTs for all Industrial Systems activities respectively, making sure decisions are taken with agility and at the right level.
The Industrial Support for ME MFT Representative Suppliers ensure that the Manufacturing Engineering requirements during G0-G5 are in place and carries out the activities on behalf of the Industrial Systems Suppliers organization from a technical / industrial point of view. The Industrial Systems Suppliers role also contributes to activities in a support to other functions, in particular regarding Procurement, Suppliers and Supply Chain Operations
As industrial representative of the extended enterprise in the plant, the jobholder participates and follows project milestones follow up, APQP ME KBDs assessments (PFMEA, Build Plan, Manufacturing Flow Charts,...) in front of the supplier, and support any Manufacturing and Assembly ME topic for OMST Work Packages.
He / she drives process improvement, technology dissemination & industrial innovation projects at suppliers.

You will work closely with the supplier
You will be the Airbus industrial engineer composite and / or assembly / manufacturing engineering interface for a number of suppliers
RECOMMENDED SKILLS
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in Project Management and/or Suppliers management. Commitment on deliver
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Degree in Industrial / Aerospace / General Engineering (the preferred specialization is Industrial Organization) + some working experience in Aviation Engineering and / or Manufacturing
* Coordination & negotiation skills
* Ability to work within an international team
* English on negotiation level
* Autonomy
