Snapshot of What We're Looking For
We're hiring a high-potential Logistics Intern to join our Supply Chain team in Madrid.
This is an operational and analytical role with strong exposure to real business impact. You will work in a structured, performance-driven environment where service level, efficiency and accuracy truly matter.
We're looking for candidates currently pursuing a Master's degree (Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or similar), with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and genuine interest in logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations.
You'll gain hands-on experience in inventory management, service level tracking, transport coordination and operational KPI analysis.
The objective is clear: start as an intern and, after completing the internship period, continue with a traineeship contract.
Core responsibilities
* Support daily logistics and supply chain operations.
* Monitor service levels, OTIF (On Time In Full) and delivery performance.
* Analyze stock levels and inventory accuracy to prevent shortages or overstock.
* Track inbound and outbound flows with warehouses and transport providers.
* Build and maintain operational dashboards (Excel / Power BI).
* Identify inefficiencies and propose data-based improvements.
* Support S&OP processes with structured reporting.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and external logistics partners.
* Ensure data accuracy in ERP and planning systems.
Must-haves
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree and able to sign an internship agreement.
* Strong interest in logistics, supply chain and operations.
* Fluent English (international working environment).
* Advanced Excel (you can analyze, structure and interpret data independently).
* High attention to detail and structured thinking.
* Full-time availability in Madrid (Alcobendas area), hybrid model.
Nice to have
* Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools.
* Exposure to ERP systems (SAP or similar).
* Previous internship or academic project in logistics or operations.
* Understanding of supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy).

What we offer
Paid internship: 900€ gross/month.
Full-time schedule:
Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00
Friday 8:00–15:00
2 days remote work per week.
Real exposure to supply chain decision-making in an international company.
Clear opportunity to continue with a traineeship contract after the internship.
