Mission:
The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for project implementation and completion with the customer. It involves managing, engineering, planning, and resourcing multiple projects within an end-user projects team. The role also involves close collaboration with the Project Developer and Commercial Manager, with opportunities to assist Business Developers and Project Developers with additional sales proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and deliver multiple projects to customers through Schneider Electric's Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management System.
2. Support, coach, and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Ensure project goals, objectives, and performance measures are met or exceeded.
4. Identify project issues and develop proactive plans for effective and timely resolution.
5. Perform engineering design, develop integrated projects, I/O schedules, operational descriptions, control panel designs, plant schematics, and H&S and O&M documentation.
6. Procure equipment and subcontract installation/panels to meet project schedules.
7. Manage project finances, including procurement, invoice approval, variations, final accounts, and monthly cost reviews, in close coordination with the commercial team.
8. Attend site meetings with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants as appropriate.
9. Proactively gather all necessary information to advance project work. Key performance indicators include customer satisfaction, project profit, and achievement of savings targets.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business preferred.
* PMP certification is mandatory.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer project execution, particularly in complex projects.
* Experience with Power System solutions.
* Proven leadership of functional and remote teams, including diverse profiles (Contract, Technical, SMEs).
* Ability to perform under time pressure and stress while maintaining high performance.
* Strong influencing and convincing skills within a complex matrix organization.
