We are currently looking for an Account Manager based in La Linea, Spain, to join our team. As an Account Manager, with an emphasis on working with existing partners, active sales, and compliance support at BetGames, you’ll be responsible for maintaining current accounts and expanding our customer footprint.

Key responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring optimal positioning of our games, timely launch of new products and features, and handling daily requests.
* Promotional Activities: Secure recurring promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
* Compliance Support: Lead certification projects and manage relationships with testing labs.
* Active Sales: Implement sales strategies to extend market share and increase revenue.
* Internal Coordination: Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams (legal, compliance, integrations, product) to ensure efficient project execution.
* Sales Pipeline: Maintain and develop the sales pipeline with a focus on upselling and strategic growth.
* Industry Events: Represent BetGames at industry events and conferences, leveraging networking for sales prospects.
* Reporting: Regularly update management on sales activities, account performance, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, VIP management, or similar.
* Excellent communication and English skills.
* Strong customer management skills.
* Reliability and discipline, especially in managing multiple projects.
* Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.
