German Junior Campaign Specialist – Google Ads Products in Barcelona

For an international Google Ads project in Barcelona, we are looking for motivated Digital Marketing Consultants who strategically advise companies in the German-speaking market and actively contribute to their online growth.

Your Role
As a Junior Google Ads Specialist:
Advise German companies and agencies in the area of Google Ads
Optimize PPC campaigns to increase performance and ROI
Develop individual growth strategies for your clients
Identify upselling potential within the Google product portfolio
Work in a target-driven, performance-based environment
Communicate proactively via phone, video conference and email
You will be part of an international sales team with direct impact on the German online advertising market.
Your Profile
You are an excellent fit if you:
Speak German at C1 level or higher (business fluent)
Have very good English skills
Have gained initial experience in digital marketing (e.g. PPC, Google Ads, performance marketing)
Ideally bring first sales experience (at least 1 year)
Think analytically and enjoy working in a data-driven way
Are communicative and consultative in your approach
Have an interest in technology and online advertising
The Offer
As an applicant, you will receive:
A permanent employment contract (39 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
A starting salary of 30,000 € gross/year + up to 3,500 € bonus
