Client HR Tech Lead – Join a Global HR Technology Team
We are looking for a Client HR Tech Lead to oversee the end-to-end HR technology landscape for global payroll clients. This role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong SAP EC / ECP HR technology optimization client success.
What you'll do:
* Lead the post-go-live technical design and ongoing enhancements.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices and technology innovations.
* Facilitate analysis and communication of product upgrades and optional features.
* Ensure seamless service delivery and act as a point of contact for technical issues.
* Drive cross-client IT initiatives and oversee technical documentation updates.
* Identify opportunities for technical improvements and change requests (CRs).
What we're looking for: Proven experience managing SAP EC / ECP technical landscapes. Strong communication skills – ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in client and vendor management to ensure seamless collaboration. Passion for HR technology transformation and continuous improvement.
