We are recruiting an E-commerce, Marketing & Brand Manager to act as the operational conductor of a fast-growing D2C e-commerce business. Sitting under the CMO and working hand-in-hand with the CTO, you will lead and synchronize the marketing, branding, content, design and IT teams, turning business vision into multi-team execution with one clear north star: growth. What you will do Strategy & cross-team leadership Translate strategic objectives into day-to-day operational priorities across teams Build and maintain agile workflows between marketing, brand, content, design and IT Define, monitor and challenge the KPIs that drive business development Foster a growth mindset and a strong corporate culture across all functions Drive long-term strategic projects from vision to execution Marketing & e-commerce Own the acquisition strategy: SEO, SEA and paid campaigns across the full channel mix Drive loyalty and retention through email marketing and loyalty programs Analyze and optimize conversion rates, proposing concrete actions to lift them Keep a sharp eye on funnel performance end-to-end Brand, design & content Supervise the branding team and ensure a consistent brand tone across all customer touchpoints Supervise the design team to guarantee a coherent brand image, anchored in our brand definition Supervise the content team and make sure all output is aligned with the brand voice IT & product Define IT specifications aligned with business objectives Co-own the IT backlog with the CTO, prioritizing what matters most for growth Ensure quality in new implementations and resolve tech-business frictions What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with exposure to both D2C and marketplace environments Proven track record xhfqzwm managing multidisciplinary teams (marketing, brand, content, design, with an IT interface) Strong command of growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CRO) and equally strong sensitivity to brand Comfortable operating at C-level: your profile will be validated by the COMEX (CMO, CEO, CFO) and CTO Fluent French and English; Spanish highly valued A true "chef d'orchestre" mindset: structured, hands-on, and energized by getting teams to row in the same direction Nice to have Experience in a D2C scale-up (food, beverage, lifestyle or premium consumer) Familiarity with Shopify, Magento or Adobe Commerce Previous exposure to subscription / loyalty-driven business models
