Design and lead the long-term analytics strategy for all guest-facing hospitality products, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and client needs;
Functional Leadership:
Guide and support the analytics team, mentor the Senior Product Analyst, and collaborate with external analytics vendors and consultants;
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with product, UX, development, marketing, and go-to-market teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle and support operations;
Client Enablement:
Assist high-end clients and client-facing teams with advanced analytics, campaign tracking, and strategic measurement guidance;
Data Governance & Compliance:
Ensure analytics practices are scalable, privacy-compliant, and aligned with legal, regulatory, and internal standards;
Insight Activation:
Generate actionable insights, establish reporting processes, and support product and UX decisions through data;
Analytics Culture Building:
Promote a data-informed mindset organization-wide by sharing best practices, success stories, and enabling teams to confidently use analytics.About the ideal candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred, especially in analytics, digital strategy, or business intelligence;
Relevant certifications (e.G., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, tag management platforms) are a plus;
At least 10 years of experience in digital or product analytics, ideally with hospitality or guest-facing digital products;
Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and senior stakeholders;
Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.G., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau);
Skilled in problem identification, root cause analysis, and developing data-driven solutions;
High attention to data quality, accuracy, validation, and reliability of insights;
Experience mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative analytics culture;
Experience managing external vendors, including budgeting and oversight;
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.What we can offer you :
