CHC Navigation is a global provider of innovative GNSS navigation and positioning solutions covering a wide range of professional applications, including land and airborne surveys, conventional GNSS surveys, 3D mass data acquisition, precision farming, unmanned navigation and robotics, real‑time GNSS infrastructure, and more.

CHC Navigation is looking for a highly motivated and outstanding Account Manager for our fast‑growing business to join our Europe team. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Spain and proven experience of features‑benefit‑solutions selling in a high‑tech environment for Geospatial industries (e.g. surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey…).

Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.

Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities.

Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities. Visit customers and conduct hands‑on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering.

A minimum of 3 years of proven B‑to‑B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture) is a must.

Fluency in Spanish and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.

Results oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.

There are some travels required in this role – including travel to a business partner or customer locations, trade shows, visit strategic accounts, and other regional trips to support CHCNAV Europe team.

In connection with subsequent business expansion, Intellias is strengthening the capabilities in delivery leadership. As such, we are looking for a seasoned executive to join us for a position of VP Delivery in Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The primary focus of this role is shaping the delivery strategy for one's areas of responsibility and directly contributing to company strategy as a whole. The role's objectives are connected with the company’s top‑level goals and Delivery Segment business growth.

Apart of working closely with Intellias LT on shaping delivery strategy, a set of responsibilities includes supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales, presales as well as account growth. The role will report to C‑level (Chief Delivery Officer).

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of directors to deliver high‑quality service to our clients
- Develop and implement best practices and processes to continuously improve our efficiency and quality of the company's services
- Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the delivery teams

Be a trustful partner for key clients and support business development:

- Lead collaboration with our clients to understand their business goals and help develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success
- Be involved in top‑priority presales, providing direction, guidance, and support to the team and ensure the success of our sales efforts
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective segment strategies

Keep Intellias on the edge of technology innovation:

- Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can be applied to our solutions and services
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is always at the cutting edge of the industry

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in a well‑established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees)
- Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people, with a proven record of results and achievements
- Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management
- Deep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology, best practices and trends; past experience working in a role of solution architect or similar is an advantage
- In‑depth understanding of Digital business as well as its IT landscape and trends
- Visionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presence
- Profound experience with strategic planning and execution
- "Getting things done" attitude, proactivity and assertiveness in achieving the goals; ready for an extra mile
- Profound understanding of large IT outsourcing company organization (governance, processes, org. structure, financial management, etc.)
- Good understanding and experience with biz‑dev (S&M;, AM) in service business. Strong competence in presale management
- Financial management skills, experience managing P&L; for a large services organization
- MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or another engineering area; additional business education (e.g. MBA or similar) would be an advantage
- Fluent level of written and spoken English
- Ready for frequent travelling
