From Claire Joster Executive, we are working with our client, a multinational company in the services sector headquartered in Europe, in the search of their CHRO for the Iberia Region.
Mission :
Based in Madrid and reporting to the Iberia General Manager, the CHRO will be responsible for the smooth operation of all areas within Human Resources in Spain and Portugal, ensuring compliance with the group's HR policies.
Responsibilities :
* Develop strategies across all areas of human resources.
* Lead the department to support other operational / direct processes.
* Support the development of human capital within the company by implementing talent development strategies.
* Supervise and provide technical support to the HR team.
* Represent the company in dealings with trade unions and employee representatives.
* Provide labor management support to operations during the launch of new projects.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and legislation.
* Monitor and implement the company's equality policies.
* Anticipate and resolve potential labor disputes.
* Analyze HR KPIs and report them periodically to the Country Manager.
* Establish a system for evaluating and monitoring workplace climate and job satisfaction.
* Define and implement strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
* Ensure staff are informed and trained in Health and Safety processes specific to their work areas, as well as the company's equality policies.
* Ensure staff are informed and trained in the company's environmental policy and promote defined environmental best practices.
Requirements :
* University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar fields.
* Master's degree in HR is desirable.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Human Resources Director role.
* C1 level of English.
* Great team management skills and experience.
* Legal and labor knowledge is a must.
