Our client is a U.S.-based multinational company engaged in the manufacturing and processing of food products.
* Lead the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and drive resolution of issues
* Collaborate with Commercial Finance and Supply Chain Finance teams to understand reporting requirements and provide financial insights that drive business growth
* Analyse and report on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
* Oversee accounting operations, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes, ensuring simplicity and efficiency working close collaboration with ATR (accounting to report team) based in shared service centre.
* Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation, and drive Balance Sheet reviews to ensure integrity and transparency
* Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and collaborate with auditing firms and tax function to implement quick and effective solutions
* Implement and maintain internal controls, and drive process improvements that simplify and streamline operations
