The Role
Lead full recruitment lifecycle for commercial roles across Europe, building sustainable pipelines and delivering impactful initiatives. As a leader in hiring for commercial roles, you will search for outstanding talent in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, and related functions. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director EMEA and be accountable for the end‑to‑end hiring excellence from entry level to senior managerial level.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, high‑quality hires.
* Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic market mapping.
* Stay up to date on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and emerging opportunities to enhance sourcing and engagement.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop targeted recruitment strategies and build strong relationships with business leaders.
* Optimize recruitment workflows, leverage technology and data analytics for greater efficiency, and implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
* Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, develop and execute employer branding campaigns, and ensure a positive, seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws, company policies, and industry standards;
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Lead and participate in diverse projects and initiatives across the function and region.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of recruiting commercial roles (marketing & sales), ideally in beauty, retail, FMCG, or similar industries.
* Proven track record in full‑cycle recruitment.
* Fluent in English & German;
any other European language is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes, employment law, and compliance.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
* Experience optimizing recruitment processes, leveraging technology, and driving employer branding, diversity, and candidate experience initiatives.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and balance process/system focus with a positive candidate experience.
