As our Associate Global Brand Manager, you will support the global launches of Pharmanovia’s Neurology and Oncology franchises across all current and future markets. You will work closely with Franchise Directors to design and implement promotional materials and programs, ensuring sales force execution and launch performance are optimized. You will be part of the Strategic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer.The department values continuous improvement, system refinement, and creating efficiencies, offering a varied and dynamic working environment.Main responsibilities
Developing key message platforms for the brands and ensuring effective communication through promotional and scientific channels.Supporting sales teams by creating high-quality, customer-focused communication materials aligned with brand strategy.Monitoring brand performance using qualitative and quantitative data sources.Supporting market access activities as part of cross-functional teams.Forecasting sales and providing estimates during financial planning cycles.Managing supply chain forecasting through an 18-month rolling forecast.Controlling marketing expenditure within the budget.Building external relationships with partners and customers.Maintaining high disease knowledge and credibility with physicians.Building effective relationships with HQ staff.Managing promotional activities in compliance with the Code of Practice.About you
To succeed, you should have a results-oriented mindset, strong project planning skills, experience collaborating with advertising agencies, managing budgets, and delivering promotional and training materials. You must be systematic, organized, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field;
advanced degree preferred.3-5 years’ experience in EU/global operational marketing roles.Successful track record in brand building within the specialist medicine setting.Competence in strategic and operational marketing, including leading implementation.Passion for brand building through insights and evidence-based strategies.Proven leadership in achieving sales targets.Experience with NHS funding and commissioning processes.
