You will join a project focused on the deployment and implementation of technological solutions at client sites, combining technical systems and networking tasks with user training and specialized support in demanding environments with high security standards.
Your day-to-day work will include on-site deployments, system configuration and commissioning, resolution of N1–N2 incidents, certificate and PKI management, as well as delivering training to end users and administrators. You will also collaborate on Help Desk activities and technical documentation.
A large part of your work will be carried out at client premises—mainly in Madrid, but also in other areas across mainland Spain and the islands—giving you a dynamic role close to real operational environments.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for professionals with experience in technical support and systems administration (N1–N2), with solid knowledge of:
1. Windows and Linux systems
2. Networking (DNS, ports, firewalls, routing, and switching
3. Practical certificate and PKI management
4. Incident management using ticketing tools
